Features with all Plans:

  • One or more Numbers (Channels) may be used with any plan. Additional numbers help to organize messaging. Numbers are $3.00 /mo.
  • Our service uses an advanced Web Portal, accessible from anly PC, MAC, Tablet. Each user requires a license.
  • Set permissions to users, based upon the nature of the messages: HIPAA compliancy, Accounting, Sales, Support, and so on.
  • Plans include bundles of Credits ( Texts). Add more bundles of credits as needed as unused credits roll over to the following month.
  • Schedule Reminders, Notifications, Confirmations in by the hour, day, week, month, year. Use Templates to make these messages easy to send.
  • All users with proper permissions have access to see and respond to incoming messages.
  • CHAT messaging within your organization between licensed users, does not use Credits.
  • Create and use unlimited Templates for Sending and Auto-replies.
  • Compliant Opt-in service is included.
  • Our service is both HIPAA and Sarbanes Oxley compliant.
  • Scheduled Appointment Reminders and Notifications are included with all plans.
  • Integration to CALL7.com phone service allows your customers to Call Your Business, and Press 1, to automatically receive a text with links to your, Website, Menu, Ordering Page, and any other linkable site. Have as many options as possible for automated Messages to be sent simply by pressing a button on the phone. This integration is ONLY available with CALL7.com phone service. This integration feature is optional and may be added to any SMS Plan.
  • Pricing for our SMS Service is discounted by 20% when combined with CALL7.com phone service.

Notes about the cost of Messaging:

  •  All Text messaging from all providers are measured in Credits.
    A text message consists of 160 characters.
    One Credit = 160 Characters. An MMS ( message with a Picture)
    regardless of number of characters:  Uses three Credits.

CALL 7 SMS TMI Service pricing and information

      • Telephony Messaging Interface ( TMI ) is exclusive to CALL7sms.com.  This feature allows callers who reach your new Custom Greeting, to press a key on their cell phone, which then immediately sends a requested link to their cell phone in a text message.
      •  Customers with CALL7.com phone service may add this feature which includes up to three prompts with links for only $29.95 per month.
      • Customers of CALL7SMS.com, who are not using CALL7.com phone service, may now add this optional service for $59.95 per month.
      • TMI Service uses two credits per message as an SMS and Three Credits per message if you attach a picture  (MMS). Additional bundled credits may be added to your account.
